hi,

can anyone identify what lens is in this picture?? the camera body is an EOS 1D. thanks!

it looks like a TS-E lens. A special lens used for architectural photography but sometimes used also on portraiture. The lens can move up and down or left and right. click on the link for some info or you can search the web on Tilt Shift Lens for more info:
